Leading a class, workshop or private session is more than just imparting knowledge. There is an artistry behind how and why we share which shows up in the subtle places, such as how we set the space. This course is for those ready to commit to embodying the artistry of facilitation. It is a simple thing to copy & paste exercises or repeat quotes & cite our teachers names. Alas, the majority of “trainings” are just that - information to repeat, but without conveying the power of holding space as an art.
The gift of a teacher is that they convey knowledge and leave you feeling that you have much to learn from them. The gift of an artist is that they convey information in a way which brings us more in touch with our own experience and inspired to learn from life. As this is a school of Tantra, Shamanism, Magick & Art, we learn the artists way of facilitating. Our gift is to create experiences both subtle and complex which bring the participant into a deeper sense of self, of the limitless, of their own curiosity. The artist facilitator is not limited by their own limitations, as they are inspiring each student to their own experience of the limitless possibility of life. This is Tantra. This is Magick. This is the Shamanic way. This is the craft of Spiritual Artistry. This is the way of the master facilitator. This is the course you are invited to.
We will share 9 immersive days together, living, learning, practicing and supporting each other into this mastery. Our course will be held at the gorgeous and inspiring Casa Om center on the West Virginia / Maryland border. The center is 60 gorgeous acres of land set overlooking a gorgeous river and only 60-90 minutes from the major DC airports. We will enjoy 3 healthy meals per day and time to explore this exquisite nature and enjoy the pool and hot tub on site. As a master facilitator it is important to be in ease, beginning with our location!

This staff is passionate about the art of facilitation, particularly when we are sharing practices, rituals and ceremonies which can so vastly change someone’s life. It is a gift to wish to share and inspire others, but the gift is distorted when we are repeating without feeling or pushing our beliefs and philosophies overly or subtly from the need to have participant acceptance in order to feel ease in our role. This is a journey to transform from a teacher into an embodied teaching.
For those interested in being Tribal Tantra Facilitators by name or teaching staff faculty, this is the third level course - the first being the journey into power, the second being the process of distilling power into purpose and how we learn the skills to share that purpose in a way which can be heard, received and integrated by your students, participants, etc.
We are passionate about quality facilitation, so this course is available for anyone who feels called to learn this artistry and step power fully into their role as workshop leader or guide or to uplevel their existing practice. As a teaching tool, we will work with some rituals and practices from the realms of tantra, shamanism & magick to deconstruct them and put them back together, both as a way of conveying these tools and to demonstrate the pieces which create a powerful experience, as they are universal whatever modality you are teaching.
The course will be intensive, as there is much to share in theory and practice. Learning the art of mixing music to hold deep journeys and how to build your courses or workshops from back to from as well as front to back.
We will mix in tie to enjoy nature, both to sere us in integrating and as a teaching fro those called to work in and with nature. We will also work some evenings with sensual rituals and sex-positive temple spaces. These teachings are optional and for those who find them relevant and wish to hold such spaces or who simply wish to participate.

This training takes place at the beautiful Casa Om Resort near DC in Martinsburg, WV. We will enjoy 3 buffet meals, full use of all facilities including pool, hot tub, nature trails & WiFi. Course cost includes all sessions and materials. Accommodation options are shared room in the main house or outdoor camping space (8 available).
